Blister packaging

Blister packaging is a common form of packaging that typically uses plastic materials. After being heated at high temperatures, plastic sheets or films are softened and formed into various shapes of packaging containers or bags.

  1. Materials for vacuum packaging

The main raw material for vacuum packaging is plastic, and commonly used plastics include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), etc. Different plastic materials have different characteristics, such as PE material having good flexibility and high transparency, and PP material having high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

  1. Manufacturing process of vacuum packaging

The manufacturing process of vacuum packaging mainly includes material pretreatment, vacuum forming, cooling, cutting, and subsequent processing. Usually, plastic sheets or films are first placed in vacuum molding equipment for heating and softening, then the plastic is adsorbed onto the mold through negative pressure to form a shape, and then processed through cooling, cutting and other processes to form packaging containers or bags.

  1. Advantages of vacuum packaging

(1) Easy to process and shape, it can be made into various shapes of packaging containers or bags.

(2) The material has high transparency, making it easy for consumers to observe the product.

(3) Lightweight, easy to carry and transport.

(4) Good moisturizing, moisture-proof, and anti oxidation properties can protect the quality and safety of products.

(5) The price is relatively low and the production cost is low.

  1. Application fields of vacuum packaging

Blister packaging is widely used in fields such as food, medicine, cosmetics, and electronic products. Foods such as beverages, dairy products, candies, potato chips, and instant noodles are all packaged in vacuum packaging; Drugs, medical devices, etc. also need to be packaged using vacuum packaging; Cosmetics require the use of transparent and aesthetically pleasing vacuum packaging; Electronic products require vacuum packaging that is anti-static, shockproof, and waterproof.
